After 19 years in the taxi business, T & T Cars Ltd took over Station Cabs who served as Snodland’s main taxi supplier for 37 years. As well as the name change, we introduced online bookings, in-car card payments as well as a social media presence. We wanted to make both our customers and drivers feel more secure in the way we conduct our business.
We have contracts with 30 private sector clients running all-year round as well as contracts with 3 councils running during school term times. Our drivers know they have constant supply work available, making them happy to stay working for us for longer. This subsequently means our clients have peace of mind that our service is reliable.

School run only jobs
As the role title suggests, this is a role tailored for those that would benefit from only having to work during the school run hours (usually 7:30am – 9am and 14:30pm – 16:30pm). You will also benefit from the use of one of our licensed vehicles, saving you costs related to owning, running, and maintaining a car of your own.
T & T Cars Ltd will pay the costs of obtaining a taxi licence and mentor applicants through the process, enabling those presently on low incomes, or just wishing to change their job to start earning a good wage and gain the use of a vehicle.
For those applying for a driving role, we only require that you hold a current full UK driving licence. You will need to pass an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, a medical, a taxi assessment driving test and a knowledge exam.
This may sound daunting to some, but all of us at T & T Cars Ltd have been through the process and know that it is attainable for those that are in good health and know the area well.
